What you are responsible for
- Verifying any listing information directly with the listing party before making any decision.
- Retaining licensed professionals (shiho-shoshi, lawyers, real-estate agents, tax accountants) for any actual transaction.
- Understanding that property prices, status, and availability change without notice.
- Using accurate information when you create an account.
What we are not responsible for
- The accuracy of source listings. We index public information; we cannot guarantee it.
- Transactions you enter into based on information found on this site.
- The conduct of sellers, agents, or municipal officials you contact via source links.
- Financial losses, missed opportunities, or any other consequential damages from your use of the site.
Accounts
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@yukinokuni.com. We may close your account if you violate these terms or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes will be heard in the Tokyo District Court.
Changes
We may update these terms. Substantive changes will be announced in the weekly briefing 14 days before they take effect.
